Hola, Como Estas?
Last week was a busy week! I started using my trekking poles with my daily walks. On Saturday I did a 17 Km walk.
I had 12 pounds of weight in my pack, but all went well. I took a few breaks as I will whilst walking the Camino. After my walk, my legs ached ( terrible pain!) but the next day, NO PROBLEMS!
Today, I cycled 30 KM just to keep the leg muscles working.
SPANISH LANGUAGE REVIEW
I am now sitting in the sun reading my Spanish language books. WOW I need to practice a lot as my verb tenses are all wrong!
I am taking some private lessons so that I will be better prepared for my adventure!

I was once at an intermediate level of the language. It will certainly help on my trip.
I will keep chanting my mantra…
