Sandringham Estate
This very well used home by The Royal Family is spectacular! I was completely shocked by what I experienced today at Sandringham. Driving into the area of the estate, You can see the acreage of this land and it’s rather extensive. It is also stunningly beautiful!
The Royals family spend most holidays here, And try to get up here as often as possible. This is where they celebrate Christmas as a family. When they are not here, it is open to the public or tours of the lower floor. We were made very aware that the rooms they were touring are used as it is by the Royals when they are in the estate. It has 80 rooms with 29 bedrooms!
No photographs were inside, but beautiful can’t even begin to describe it. It seems to have been a favourite place for Royals over the centuries!
One thing that I noticed in particular was that anyone can come in and walk the grounds (certain areas) And enjoy all that it has to offer!
The Front View of The Estate
Apparently, King Phillip has decided to change the plane front lawn into lavish garden that he has designed himself. In the process of being done, but looks quite beautiful!
The Back View of The Estate
We began our tour from the back door of the estate, and the guides inside gave us quite a history of each room and it’s lavish decor.
A Few Photos of the Grounds
The grounds are unbelievable and the trees are hundreds of years old. It was really mesmerizing to walk-through some of the gardens and pathways.

Our host, June, Reserved a table so the three of us could have afternoon tea together, which did not disappoint!
The Royal Church of Sandringham
This is often the church that you see the Royals coming out of when they are at Sandringham and it really is beautiful!
This was a total surprise and probably one of my most enjoyable days here!
