Captain Rudedogs’s Pig Roast is On!

You all read about my journey here in my last post. I have to say it was all worth it as I am having so much fun!
I am meeting and spending time with George’s friends and family and I am so blessed to be with them!

Tonight’s festivities include an outdoor cooking if the authentic Spanish dish of Paella! George had a MASSIVE pan specially made. He constructed a special frame to hold it. Yesterday the cast iron paella pan was cured. We chopped a million things for it yesterday in the kitchen sharing stories and MANY laughs.
The best way celebrate curing a brand new paella pan is to go out for oysters waterside!
Meet ate Hushpuppies last night with a beverage or two!
Paella Tonight, Pig Roast done in this Cooker Tomorrow!

Keep Walking!
Awesome, looks like fun, enjoy ???
