Ciruena to Vitoria de Rioja
IT WAS THE HILLSÂ THAT MOTIVATED US TO CONTINUE
What a Day of Hiking!
We headed out early this morning and we were gone a total of 7.5 hours!
Today we hiked 21 Km with a temperature of 30 degrees in full sun. It was hot but beautiful!
We hiked through the most beautiful dry farmland ever! The Vistas were amazing!
George, Alison, Sami,and I took our time, had frequent breaks, and really enjoyed the day!
Now to relax!!!!!!
This is where we are tonight! It is basic, Â but the people running it at the loveliest people of all !
It’s a place where you donate whatever money you want for your bed and whatever money you want for your food (donativo)!
It is  nice to be humble sometimes and not have a five-star resort to stay in.  I am enjoying staying in something much more basic. It is just as meaningful when you’re tired at the end of a very long hiking day!
